Confidentiality
We do not publish client names, do not confirm whether a person is a client, and do not use a commission in any public material without written permission. Engagement rings in particular are frequently a secret and we treat every enquiry as one.
Who else sees data
Our accountant, our insurer, our courier for shipped pieces, and the assay office for hallmarking records. Stone dealers see a specification, never a client's identity.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure where we are not obliged to keep the record, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. We answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
